OUR MISSION

Cost-effective and seemless charging

Zpark was founded with the ambition to revolutionize the market of charging solutions for every segment of e-Mobility. With roots in development of electronics and embedded systems, we have chosen a tech heavy approach where we take control over both hardware and software development. This makes it possible to create cost-effective and complete charging solutions.

To accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation, radical improvements are needed in regards to the costs of setting up and operating an electric transport system. Our mission is to accomplish this without compromising on quality, and with a seemless integration for the user and surrounding systems.

OUR JOURNEY

2014

GREPIT AB IS FOUNDED

As a spin-off from Luleå University of Technology, Grepit AB is founded. A tech heavy company with focus on the development of embedded systems.

2019

THE PROJECT ZPARK IS INITIATED

A R&D project with focus on electric vehicle charging is initiated at Grepit AB. The goal is to investigate how cost-effective an AC charging solution could be if components and systems are developed in-house.

2020

ZPARK DUO IS CREATED

A concept of Zpark Duo is finalized and the first prototypes are manufactured. After extensive testing, the first prototypes are installed at pilot customers with successful results.

2021

COMMERCIAL LAUNCH OF ZPARK DUO AND THE COMPANY ZPARK ENERGY SYSTEMS IS BEING CREATED

After the success with the first pilot installations, the Duo design is revised and adapted for series production. In connection to this, Zpark Energy Systems also becomes its own company and the recruitment of new employees intensifies.

2022

THE SUCCESS OF ZPARK DUO AND NEW PRODUCTS

A milestone of +4000 active charge points is reached in the beginning of the year. Zpark's product portfolio is also updated with new products and services wihtin DC charging and stationary battery storage.
