During the Christmas and New Year Holidays, the following opening hours apply for the Support team at Zpark!

We have regular opening hours on non-holiday weekdays: 08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00

Update regarding operational status 2023-03-29
All Zpark systems now updated. Activation of the engine heater and charging takes place via app starting at 3 pm today, Wednesday. Some delay may occur during the next 48 hours.
Gradual transition to normal use is expected to be completed during this period. If you have already connected the vehicle, you must reactivate charging and the heater via the Zpark app.
All outlets have now been updated and are expected to function normally within 48 hours.

In some parks, some delay may occur as they are reconnected and the load momentarily increases. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause
